Dear GUSD Community,
After careful deliberation, the Glendora Unified School District (GUSD) closed our schools and facilities out of an abundance of caution. Although there are currently no confirmed or connected cases to GUSD, the public health crisis created by COVID-19 warrants that we take steps to prevent the spread of illness.
GUSD schools and facilities will be closed to students and the public from March 16 to an anticipated return date of April 6. This is an unprecedented time that has caused disruptions throughout every level of our society. Recommendations from state and local officials are changing daily. You will continue to receive communications throughout this time from me and my team and your schools. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date in Parent Portal and follow us on social media.

Después de una atenta deliberación, el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Glendora (GUSD) cerró nuestras escuelas e instalaciones por precaución. Aunque actualmente no hay casos confirmados o conectados con GUSD, la crisis de salud pública creada por COVID-19 garantiza que tomemos medidas para prevenir la propagación de la enfermedad.
Las escuelas e instalaciones de GUSD estarán cerradas a los estudiantes y el público desde el 16 de Marzo hasta la fecha prevista de regreso el 6 de abril.
